Web CT Orientation
Overview
WebCT Campus Edition provides a Virtual Course Environment with a complete set of tools for course preparation, delivery, and management. Using WebCT Campus Edition's rich feature set, instructors can facilitate collaborative learning, personalize content based on students' unique needs, and positively impact learning outcomes.
This orientation is designed to:
1. Help a student determine if he/she will be successful as an online learner
2. Explain the Hardware and Software requirements for accessing online courses using Web CT.
3. Explain how a student obtains their Web CT ID & Password
4. Familiarize the student with the Web CT environment/interface
5. Demonstrate how to use various tools in the Web CT environment
6. Provide Tips and Suggestions to help ensure successs in the online learning enviroment.
